Congratulations to Dr Tony Massarotti on the completion of his Masters in Health Science (Podiatry)
Congratulations to Dr Tony Massarotti on the completion of his Masters in Health Science (Podiatry) through the University of SA. The course undertaken was focussed on evidence based practice in podiatry and specialist podiatry subjects such as paediatrics, sports and pharmacology. Dr Massarotti has also written papers specifically on ankle injury management and prolotherapy, an area of specialisation that he has long had a keen interest in. He has also attended courses overseas in the evolving and emerging techniques in this area.
Dr Massarotti leads a well qualified team of practitioners – Dr Andrew McMillan with his PhD and special interest in the use of ultrasonography for guiding anaesthetic and therapeutic injections for treatment of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the foot and ankle, Dr Nicholas Ryan with his particular interest in the area of lower limb biomechanics and surgical procedure, Dr Renee Forristal, dedicated to providing the best podiatric care, who is particularly skilled in treating running injuries, and Dr Alessia Amadio who specialises in dance and sports related injuries. The practitioners are all unrelenting in their pursuit for deeper knowledge through continuing education to serve their patients through the delivery of the latest in treatment techniques.
With this highly qualified team, Eastern Foot Care is well placed to deliver the highest level of foot and ankle care to those in need of specialist attention. Dr Massarotti is committed to further education and supports his team in their endeavour to do the same.
