Children’s Podiatry

A child’s foot is not just a smaller version of an adult foot — it is constantly growing and developing. Foot shape, strength and movement patterns continue to form into the teenage years, which means early assessment and the right guidance can make a meaningful difference.
At Footlab+, we offer children’s podiatry and gait assessment services for infants, toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents. We support families who are concerned about foot pain, toe walking, flat feet, balance, coordination, tripping, fatigue, or gait patterns that don’t seem typical. Early podiatry care can help prevent ongoing issues and support confident movement as children grow.
We commonly assess and manage:

  • Toe walking
  • Flat feet or collapsing arches
  • Foot and leg pain
  • Gait abnormalities
  • Fatigue or difficulty keeping up
  • Balance or coordination concerns
  • Sports-related foot or lower limb injuries
