Tony is an experienced musculoskeletal podiatrist particularly noted in the area for his expertise in sports injuries. He completed his Masters in Health Science (Podiatry), a course focussed on evidence based practice in podiatry, with specialisation in paediatric podiatry, sports and pharmacology. He has also undertaken intense study to become an Endorsed Prescriber of Scheduled Medicines.

Tony has conducted many literature reviews, and written papers specifically on ankle injury management and prolotherapy, an area of specialisation that he has long had a keen interest in. He has also attended courses overseas in the evolving and emerging techniques in this area, as well as courses in foot and ankle manipulation.

Tony has always been very committed to continuing education to maintain a high standard of delivery of podiatry services and the latest treatment techniques. He leads a team of highly qualified practitioners and supports their endeavour to do the same. Like Tony, they are equally passionate in their pursuit for deeper knowledge through continuing education to provide the best patient care for those needing specialist attention.

Nicholas is experienced in all facets of podiatry and has a particular interest in the area of lower limb biomechanics, sports and acute injury management and post-operative rehabilitation. He is experienced in the application and removal of immobilisation casts for fractures and in the post-operative setting, as well as the prescription of functional rehabilitation programs following lower limb surgery. He routinely performs corrective surgical nail procedures in our dedicated procedure room.

Nick has previously conducted the gym and fitness program for Ringwood Swimming Club following his extensive experience as an elite athlete in swimming at a state and national level. His previous studies in Human Movement complement and add to his experience in treating sports specific injuries.

Zoe is a podiatrist who is highly skilled in all aspects of podiatry including sports injuries and surgical rehabilitation. With her experience in biomechanical and gait assessment, she will accurately assess your condition to determine the exact cause of pain and recommend corrective treatment. She also has a wealth of experience in footwear, which is an important component of caring for your feet, and will provide advice and recommendations for appropriate footwear for any condition. Zoe has also undertaken extensive intensive further study to become AHPRA endorsed to prescribe scheduled medicines.

Zoe is an extremely enthusiastic podiatrist. She is interested in her patients’ conditions, and educating them in all areas of foot care and foot health. Being a dedicated practitioner, she is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to all her patients, to deliver the best outcomes. This is evident in her compassionate nature and in the way she communicates with her patients.

Cherise is an enthusiastic and well skilled podiatrist, working from both our Ringwood and Knox locations. Cherise leads our surgical rehabilitation team and describes her favourite part of the profession as being able to meet new patients and then to send them home feeling as if they were walking on air.

Cherise obtained a Bachelor of Science at The University of Melbourne, focussing on cell biology and biochemistry before working in the veterinary profession. She then went on to complete the combined Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Podiatric Practice at La Trobe University. This gives Cherise a thorough understanding and keen interest in disease processes such as diabetes and the effects these have on the feet.

Cherise has a particularly unique skill set when dealing with biomechanical issues, having worked extensively as a customised orthotic technician for a number of years prior to completing her podiatry studies.

When she is not in the clinic, Cherise enjoys furthering her education in order to provide the best service to her patients, and competing with her horse, Cole.

Brennan is an experienced musculoskeletal podiatrist having graduated from La Trobe University with a High Distinction. He has worked extensively in public and private clinics, observing and assisting Podiatric Surgeons and their procedures. Brennan has continued his professional development having completed numerous additional courses including Basic Surgical Skills and Education Training course, MSc Theory of Podiatric Surgery with the Glasgow Caledonian University and is currently undertaking intensive post graduate study to become AHPRA endorsed to prescribe scheduled medicines.

While Brennan enjoys all aspects of podiatric care, he has a special interest in musculoskeletal/biomechanical practice and acute injuries utilising his further education to enhance his ability to provide evidence-based practise to his patients. Once a high level footballer, Brennan is now more frequently seen training at the gym or spending time water skiing, wakeboarding and jet skiing at Bonnie Doon.

Qiqi (pronounced Kiki) is passionate about helping people reduce and eliminate pain that they may experience in their feet. Through podiatry she helps people participate in their normal everyday activities. She also enjoys dancing, rock climbing and gardening.
Qiqi is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English

Hyogun focuses on diagnosing and treating a variety of foot and ankle conditions, with a special emphasis on nail conditions and foot pain syndromes. He integrates his knowledge of podiatric medicine with a personal understanding of a patients lifestyle to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Upon completing her degrees in podiatry and biomedicine, Natalie has worked extensively in private practice. Natalie also has extensive experience in athletics and running competing at a national and international level in various events. In 2019 she captained her local senior women’s football team in the premier division of the EFL. Natalie was previously head coach at Nunawading Little Athletics.

Natalie enjoys bringing her breadth of athletic experience to her podiatry role enabling her to treat a diverse range of sports injuries with a unique perspective.

Talitha completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Podiatric Practice degree at La Trobe University. She has always aspired to work in the allied health industry and discovered early on that podiatry can have a large impact on the entire body. Talitha is very passionate about helping all patients with their foot problems to improve their overall quality of life. Talitha enjoys all aspects of podiatry but her passion lies within diabetic and chronic disease foot management.

Talitha continually attends professional development courses and is committed to continuing education in order to provide and maintain a high standard of care. Talitha has always participated in sport including netball and cycling and understands the importance of injury prevention and management in a holistic approach.

Renee is an experienced podiatrist who has attained a Masters in Sports Medicine through Melbourne University and has completed a research project that examined the effect of injury prevention exercise therapy on injury rates in runners. Her passion is strength and conditioning and biomechanics enabling her to focus on post operative rehabilitation and athletic development.

Mark graduated from La Trobe University in 2007 with first class honours. Over the past 15 years, Mark has worked within some of Melbourne’s leading Sports Medicine clinics. This, combined with regular attendance at workshops and seminars, has led to the development of a varied skill-set with particular focus on the assessment, diagnosis and management of various musculoskeletal conditions.

Mark’s empathy and concern for his patients needs, combined with his breadth of knowledge, ensures each patient receives high-level care regardless of the presenting complaint. Skilled in all facets of Podiatry, Mark equally enjoys having a chat whilst performing routine nail care or helping an elite athlete reach their training goals after a chronic injury.

Outside of the clinic, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids and is a lover of all sports, particularly soccer and AFL.

B.Pod. M.Pod. FACPS | Podiatric Surgeon – Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery
Simon is a Commonwealth-Accredited Podiatric Surgeon, specialising in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He has a particular interest in the field of limb preservation, bunion surgery and quality of life in foot and ankle pathology.

Simon undertook his specialist training in podiatric surgery with the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons in Melbourne in 2003 and was awarded Fellowship with the College in 2009. He gained further clinical and surgical experience overseas through preceptorships in UK and US with leaders in the field of podiatry. He has dedicated over 13 years of education and training specific to foot and ankle care.

As an expert in his field, Simon has published scientific and surgical technique papers in international podiatric and foot and ankle surgery journals. He is a renown speaker at state and national podiatry conferences. He also dedicates his time to lecturing on podiatric surgery and anaesthesia with the Department of Podiatry at La Trobe University.
